The Brief
Here we wanted to restore this front garden of a traditional Victorian family home to some of its former glory but also incorporating its use for the more modern family allowing both bike and bin storage. Building a traditional Victorian black and white path and porch, with bespoke made Victorian cast Iron air brick grills with traditional Manor House railings and rope edging. For the central area aim was to create a hard surface area but also to allow rain water to drain naturally back into the ground rather than run off into the gutters. Finished with a timber slatted fence, painted bike shed and bin storage area.
